Measure out 8 ounces of Distilled water, if not Distilled water then boil tap water. I'm using tap water.

If it's tap water, then boil it for one minute. If it's Distilled water, then just warm the water up a bit. DO NOT USE UN-BOILED TAP WATER TO RINSE YOUR NASAL.

Mix 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda and 1/4 teaspoon of Kosher salt into the boiled/warmed water. You CAN use regular salt also. After mixed, let the water cool to room temperature.

Pour the mixed Saline spray into a clean cup.

Use a clean bulb syringe to suck the Saline Nasal Spray into. Tilt your head back and gently rinse your nasal cavity. Let it sit for a few seconds until you feel you need to blow your nose. Repeat.
